Role Description The Warehouse Assistant role at Nippo (Indo National Ltd) is a full time hybrid position based in Bhiwandi, with some work-from-home flexibility for administrative and reporting tasks. On a day-to-day basis, the Warehouse Assistant will handle receiving, checking, and storing goods, preparing and packing orders, and ensuring accurate inventory records. The role includes supporting inventory audits, assisting with stock rotation,



maintaining warehouse cleanliness and safety standards, and coordinating dispatches to distribution channels.

The Warehouse

Assistant will also help resolve basic customer or internal stakeholder queries related to stock availability and order status, working closely with the logistics and sales teams to ensure smooth operations.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess skills in Packing and basic order preparation.
- Candidates should possess skills in Inventory Control and Inventory Management.
- Candidates should possess skills in Forklift Operation or other material-handling equipment (certification or training preferred).
- Candidates should possess skills in Customer Service and communication with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prior experience in warehouse, logistics, or supply chain operations is beneficial.
- Ability to lift and move goods safely, follow safety protocols, and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic computer literacy for using inventory systems, spreadsheets, and email; familiarity with warehouse management software is an advantage.
- Minimum high school diploma or equivalent; vocational training in logistics or warehousing is a plus.
