We are looking for candidates with robust coding knowledge, an understanding of coding guidelines, and the ability to accurately review clinical documentation and assign appropriate codes.

Open Positions Surgery

Coders - Review surgical and procedural documentation

- Apply appropriate ICD-10-CM, CPT®, and HCPCS coding guidelines
- Ensure coding accuracy, documentation support, and compliance E/M Coders - Review Evaluation & Management documentation
- Apply current E/M coding and documentation guidelines




- Determine appropriate code selection based on documented services HCC Coders - Review medical records for accurate diagnosis coding
- Apply ICD-10-CM and HCC risk-adjustment coding guidelines
- Ensure reported diagnoses are supported by clinical documentation Mandatory Qualification CPC® or CCS® certification is mandatory.
