We are hiring Team leader with a good communication skills

Looking for Experienced people with 3-5 year's work experience and Providing very good work setting,

Roles and responsibilities

Identify Quality of the calls and generate the team business.

Responsible for achieving daily and monthly Business targets for the team.

Managing attendance and leaves of the Team.

Giving inputs to the team members of their progress reports, leave records, areas where they are lacking, etc.

Conduct daily briefings for the team members at morning and evening meetings.

Maintaining various reports related to Sales and team reports monthly.





Interview and shortlist (initial screening) candidates to be hired for the team.

give the Performance Reviews of the team members monthly

Job Types: Full-time, Regular

Salary: 30000-40000 per month
