We are hiring Tele-Sales Executives for the Sales Team. The role involves interacting with potential customers through voice calls to generate and qualify sales leads for Tata Motors products.

Key Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to potential and existing customers for sales conversion.
- Engage customers with product information, offers, and benefits.
- Convert qualified leads into successful sales closures.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to maximize revenue.

Eligibility Criteria:

- Minimum 0-3 years of experience in sales/tele-sales is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills (V5 communication level required).
- Experience in lead generation or automobile sales preferred.
- Comfortable working in a target-based environment.

Salary & Benefits:

- 18,000-32,000 CTC (based on interview performance).
- 6 days working.
- Rotational week off.
