Job Title: Management Trainee/Process Associate in US Medical Billing Location: Sector V, Salt Lake, Kolkata (Omega Tower) Job Type: Dedicated Night Shift Role

WORK HOURS & SHIFT SCHEDULE

Shift Timing: 9.5-hour Rostered Night Shift (Any 9.5-hour shift within the window of 5:30 PM and 7:30 AM).

Weekly Offs: Fixed Saturday & Sunday Off.

Please Note: Shift schedules are strictly determined by the Operations team based on business requirements. Candidates must remain flexible to work any night shift within the designated window, as individual shift preferences or self-selection cannot be accommodated.

Standard Night Shift Allocations May Include: 05:30 PM 03:00 AM, 06:00 PM 03:30 AM, 06:30 PM – 04:00 AM, 07:00 PM – 04:30 AM, 07:30 PM – 05:00 AM, 08:00 PM – 05:30 AM, 08:30 PM – 06:00 AM, 09:00 PM – 06:30 AM, 09:30 PM – 07:00 AM, 10:00 PM – 07:30 AM.

WHAT YOU WILL DO (CORE RESPONSIBILITIES):

End-to-End Medical Billing: Manage patient demographics entry, medical coding, claims submission, and payment posting.

Prior Authorization & Verification: Conduct rapid, real-time eligibility checks and secure insurance authorizations before treatments.

Denial & A/R Management: Track claim rejections, file strategic appeals, and follow up with US insurance payers to reduce outstanding A/R days.

Omnichannel Coordination: Act as a critical, calm mediator between US doctors, patients, and insurance giants via concurrent calls, live chats, and emails.

- Freshers (0 Years): 15,000 Gross | 13,800 In-Hand (After PF & ESIC)
- 1 Year Experience: 16,000 Gross | 14,800 In-Hand
- 2 Years Experience: 17,000 Gross | 15,800 In-Hand
- 3 Years Experience: 18,000 Gross | 16,500 In-Hand
- 4+ Years Experience: 19,000 Gross | 17,500 In-Hand

Strict Experience Policy: To claim the experienced salary slabs, you must provide a proper, valid Experience Letter and Release/Relieving Letter from your previous employer(s) as legitimate proof.

Any prior tenure lasting less than 1 full year will not be counted as experience and will be treated under the fresher slab.

CANDIDATE ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA

Skills: Exceptional English verbal & written communication skills (Mandatory for US client interaction).

Education: Minimum qualification must be 12th pass.

Age Limit: Up to 35 years.

Strict Academic Constraint: We do not accept any candidates currently pursuing a regular/full-time academic course. This role requires full skilled dedication.

Mindset: Open to freshers and experienced professionals with a disciplined, sharp, and polished corporate baseline.

INTERVIEW DAY DETAILS (READ CAREFULLY):

Time for Arrival: 12:00 PM – 2:30 PM

Venue: Omega Tower, Bengal Intelligent Park, 11th Floor, GP Block, Sector V, Bidhannagar, Kolkata - 700091. (Near RDB Cinema)

Duration: This is a day-long activity. Please come prepared to invest the time.

THE 4-ROUND INTERVIEW PROCESS:

Round 1: Screening Round – Basic introduction in a group interview format.

Round 2: Written Assessment – A 55-mark written evaluation. (Easy and straightforward, don't worry!)

Round 3: Typing Test – Easy evaluation of basic typing speed and accuracy.

Round 4: Operations Round (Final) – Scheduled in the evening between 5:00 PM and 8:30 PM. (Make sure to thoroughly practice all the question-answers and voice notes provided to you which I'll send you if you are appearing for the interview).
