Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and target-oriented Team Leader – Loan Sales to lead, motivate, and manage a team of Sales Executives/Telecallers. The candidate will be responsible for achieving team targets, monitoring daily performance, generating business, and ensuring smooth loan processing.

Key Responsibilities

- Lead, manage, and motivate the sales team to achieve business targets.
- Monitor daily, weekly, and monthly team performance.
- Allocate leads and ensure proper follow-up and conversion.
- Drive sales for Personal Loans, Business Loans, Home Loans, LAP, and other financial products.
- Train and coach team members on sales techniques and product knowledge.
- Support team members in handling customer queries and objections.
- Coordinate with banks,



NBFCs, credit, and internal operations teams.
- Monitor the loan process from lead generation to login and disbursement.
- Maintain daily sales reports, MIS, and performance trackers.
- Conduct regular team meetings and performance reviews.
- Resolve customer and team-related issues.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and proper documentation.
- Identify new business opportunities and improve team productivity.

Required Skills

- Good negotiation and customer-handling skills.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, MIS, and CRM.

Preferred Experience

Candidates with experience in Banking, NBFC, Loan Sales, Insurance, DSA, Fintech, or Financial Services will be preferred.le & responsibilities
