Hiring Alert | Executive Talent Acquisition | Access Healthcare | Noida

We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Executive – Talent Acquisition to manage end-to-end recruitment activities and support organizational hiring initiatives across multiple functions. The ideal candidate will be responsible for sourcing talent, coordinating interviews, maintaining candidate pipelines, and ensuring a seamless hiring experience for both candidates and hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage the complete recruitment lifecycle for assigned positions.
- Source candidates through job portals, social media platforms, employee referrals, and networking channels.
- Screen resumes and conduct initial HR interviews (telephonic and face-to-face).
- Coordinate interview schedules with hiring managers and ensure timely feedback closure.
- Maintain recruitment trackers, candidate databases, and hiring reports.
- Draft and publish job postings on relevant hiring platforms.
- Ensure a positive and professional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
- Coordinate offer rollout, salary discussions, and onboarding activities.




- Build and maintain talent pipelines for ongoing and future hiring requirements.
- Support employer branding and campus hiring initiatives.
- Ensure recruitment activities are aligned with company policies and hiring timelines.

Required Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 6 months to 2 years of experience in Recruitment / Talent Acquisition, preferably in bulk hiring.
- Hands-on experience with job portals and sourcing techniques.
- Solid communication, interpersonal, and coordination skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage recruitment timelines effectively.

Interview Details
- All interview rounds will be conducted in person (No virtual interviews).
- Walk-In Venue: Access Healthcare, Trapezoid IT Park, 7th Floor, Sector 62, Noida

- Interview Timings: 2:00 PM – 5:00 PM
