How you will add value

Core Responsibilities

- You will review and analyze all travel and entertainment expenses.
- You will ensure reports comply with company policies and flag issues.
- You will prepare detailed expense reports and identify trends or risks.
- You will maintain organized and accessible expense documentation.
- You will support Accounts Payable duties when required.




- You will code vendor invoices in Coupa and route them for approval.
- You will support monthend and yearend close activities.
- You will assist finance leadership with ad hoc tasks.

What will help you be successful in this role

Experience, Education & Certifications

- At least 6+ years of experience in expense management or accounts payable.
- Experience with accounting systems and Microsoft Office; Workday preferred.

- Solid communication and collaboration skills.
- Excellent attention to detail and timemanagement.
- High professionalism and confidentiality.

Work Schedule & Location
- Standard shift: 2:00 PM 11:00 PM IST.
