DESIGNATION: Relationship Officer

LOCATION: Whitefield, marthalli, indiranagar, itpl, hal, kr puram, mg road, sahakar nagar, kalyan nagar, peenya, sanjay nagar, rt nagar, hebbal

WORKING TIMINGS: 9:30am to 6:30pm

WORKING DAYS: Monday to Saturday

- Generate leads for personal loans and home loans through field activities and referrals.
- Meet potential customers and explain loan products, eligibility, interest rates, and benefits.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable loan solutions.
- Collect and verify customer documents required for loan processing.
- Coordinate with credit and operations teams to ensure smooth loan disbursement.
- Achieve monthly sales and business targets.
- Build and maintain robust relationships with customers and channel partners.




- Conduct market visits, cold calling, and customer meetings to generate new business.
- Follow up with customers throughout the loan approval process.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions.

Required Skills:
- Good communication and convincing skills.
- Ability to achieve sales targets.
- Customer acquisition and relationship management.
- Basic knowledge of Microsoft Excel and MS Office
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills.
- Willingness to travel and work in the field.

Nature of Job: Pure sales role.
