Roles & Responsibilities:

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients from provided leads
- Explain project details clearly and generate interest
- Schedule appointments for site visits and follow up regularly
- Maintain a daily record of calls and outcomes
- Handle inbound inquiries professionally and convert leads into prospects
- Coordinate with the sales team for timely follow-ups
- Share project information through WhatsApp, SMS, or email
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve queries promptly

Qualifications:

- Minimum PUC/12th pass or Bachelors degree in any stream
- 2 years of experience in telecalling, customer service, or sales
- Fluency in Kannada, Hindi, and English is mandatory
- Valuable verbal communication and convincing skills
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and CRM tools is a plus
