Roles & Responsibilities:
- Cost control, BOQ, cost planning & cost reporting
- Project budget management & delivery tracking
- Quantity estimation & verification
- Bill preparation & verification (including subcontractor bills)
- Advanced Excel & AutoCAD proficiency
- Procurement & contract management
- Value engineering & risk management
- BBS preparation & material reconciliation
- RCC estimation & knowledge of tenders/working drawings
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Masters in Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying
- Minimum 2+ years in Quantity Surveying, Cost Mgmt., Billing (Residential experience preferred)
- Strong BBS calculation & in office cost management skills
