- Ability to screen candidates resumes and job applications
- Interview Candidates (Telephonic/In-person)
- Capability to recruit in bulk numbers with in short span of time.
- Ability to review applicants documents and conduct background checks.
- Work Timings : 9.30 a.m. to 6.00 p.m. (Monday to Saturday)

Eligibility :

- Chennai based Female candidates only.
- Any Graduates Preferably Freshers (2025 & 2026 passed outs) with a passion for HR Recruitment
- Excellent oral and written Communication skills.
- Hindi language proficiency is added advantage
- Ability to interact confidently with candidates
