Job Details

Position: International Non-Voice Customer Support Executive

Experience: Minimum 1 Year relevant experience

Salary: Up to 5 LPA

Job Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shift: Rotational Shifts / Night Shifts as per process

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Non-Voice / Chat / Email Support
- Excellent English communication skills are mandatory
- Strong written communication skills
- Good typing speed and accuracy
- Basic computer and internet knowledge
- Good customer-handling and problem-solving skills
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts
- Immediate joiners preferred

Job Responsibilities
- Handle international customer queries through chat, email, and other non-voice channels.
- Provide accurate and professional responses to customers.
- Resolve customer concerns within defined turnaround times.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.




- Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
- Meet defined productivity, quality, and response-time targets.

Salary

Up to 5 LPA

Salary will depend on relevant experience, interview performance, and the selected process.
