Position: Customer Support Executive – Non-Voice Process

Experience: Freshers

Salary: Up to 4 LPA

Job Location: Hyderabad

Work Mode: Work From Office (WFO)

Working Days: 5 Days a Week

Shifts: Rotational Shifts / As per process

Job Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through chat, email, and other non-voice channels.
- Respond to customer requests professionally and accurately.
- Resolve customer issues within the defined turnaround time.
- Maintain accurate records and update customer information.
- Follow process guidelines, quality standards, and company policies.
- Maintain excellent customer satisfaction and service quality.

Eligibility Criteria
- Freshers are eligible to apply.
- Graduates and eligible undergraduates can apply, depending on the process.
- Good written and verbal English communication skills.
- Basic computer and internet knowledge.




- Good typing speed and accuracy.
- Willingness to work from office.
- Willingness to work in rotational shifts, if required.
- Immediate joiners are preferred.

Salary Freshers: Up to 4 LPA

Salary may vary depending on the process, interview performance, and candidate profile.
