We are planning to conduct a Walk-in drive on 22nd August 2026 at Banjara Hills office iLenSys is hiring for Mechanical Design Engineers(2-8 years) for Hyderabad location.

- Position Title : Mechanical Design Engineer
- Experience: 2-8 years
- Qualification: B.E/M. E Mechanical
- Work Location: Hyderabad
- No of positions: 5

Role & responsibilities: Manage design and product development activities, working with cross functional teams to design and deliver product design by taking customer requirements.

- Design Mechanical Components, systems, and products using CAD Software like Solidworks.
- Create detailed technical drawings, specifications and 3D Models.
- Develop electrical schematics (2D) and cable routing (3D) (Preferred SolidWorks)
- Conduct feasibility studies including material selections, cost estimation etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure design alignment with project requirements

Preferred candidate profile

- Good engineering fundamental knowledge
- Good knowledge on drawing Standards(ISO, ANSI/ASME)




- 2 - 8+ years of hands-on experience on Solidworks
- Hands on experience on Sheet metal & Plastic design.
- Valuable knowledge on EPDM Vault
- Product development and engineering change management process knowledge.
- Capability to understand/ apply GD&T; and Tolerance Stack-up analysis
- Able to work on global product development projects independently.
- Able to manage his/her deliverables and clearly communicate with clients
