About the Role

We are seeking enthusiastic and detail-oriented recruiters to join our team. This role involves end-to-end recruitment for both IT and Non-IT positions, ensuring the right talent is identified, engaged, and onboarded efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

- Candidate sourcing through job portals, social media, referrals, and networking.
- Screening resumes and shortlisting candidates based on job requirements.
- Conducting telephonic interviews and coordinating with hiring managers for further evaluation.
- Managing job postings and updating recruitment trackers.
- Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for future requirements.
- Coordinating interviews, feedback, and offer rollouts.
- Supporting HR in onboarding processes.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Bachelors degree in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
- 02 years of experience in recruitment (IT & Non-IT).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.




- Familiarity with ATS tools and job portals (Naukri, LinkedIn, Indeed, etc.).
- Ability to multitask and manage deadlines effectively.
