Human Resources (HR) Manager

Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced HR Manager to lead end-to-end HR operations, including recruitment, employee engagement, performance management, payroll coordination, compliance, and HR administration. The ideal candidate should be capable of building a positive workplace culture while aligning HR strategies with business objectives.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage end-to-end recruitment and onboarding.
- Handle employee engagement, performance management, and retention initiatives.
- Maintain HR policies, employee records, attendance, and HRMS.
- Coordinate payroll, compensation, and statutory compliance.
- Ensure compliance with labour laws and company policies.
- Plan training, development, and performance appraisal programs.
- Chennai location

Qualification

- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.

- 4 to 8 years of relevant HR experience, with at least 2 years in a managerial role.
