We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic IT Talent Acquisition Specialist to join our recruitment team. This role is ideal for candidates who enjoy interacting with people, are curious about the IT industry, and want to build a strong career in technical recruitment.

You will get hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, work on diverse IT requirements, interact with candidates and hiring teams, and develop practical knowledge of the technology hiring landscape.

What Youll Do

- Source and identify candidates for a variety of IT roles, including Developers, Testers, Cloud Engineers, DevOps Engineers, Data Engineers, and other technical positions.
- Use platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, referrals, and internal databases to build a strong candidate pipeline.
- Conduct initial HR screening calls to understand candidate experience, communication skills, career expectations, availability, and basic technical suitability.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and hiring managers/technical panels.
- Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Follow up on interview feedback, documentation, offers, and onboarding activities.
- Maintain accurate candidate records, recruitment trackers, and hiring reports.
- Build and maintain a talent pipeline for both current and upcoming IT requirements.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to achieve hiring targets and turnaround timelines.
- Continuously learn about emerging technologies, IT skills, and recruitment best practices.





What We’re Looking For
- 0–1 year of experience in IT Recruitment, Talent Acquisition, HR, or Staffing Consultancy.
- Fresh graduates with a strong interest in recruitment and willingness to learn are welcome to apply.
- Basic understanding of IT roles, technologies, and technical skill sets.
- Familiarity with sourcing platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, Instahyre, or similar platforms is an advantage.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and candidate-handling skills.
- Good coordination and follow-up abilities.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, target-oriented environment.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel and recruitment tracking tools is an added advantage.
- A proactive attitude with a genuine interest in building a career in Talent Acquisition.

Qualification

Any Graduate / Postgraduate

Candidates with an internship or 0–1 year of experience in IT Recruitment, HR, Talent Acquisition, or Staffing Consultancy will be preferred.
