Job Summary

We are looking for an enthusiastic and result-oriented HR Recruiter to manage end-to-end recruitment activities. The candidate will be responsible for sourcing suitable candidates, conducting initial screening, coordinating interviews, and ensuring timely closures for various positions.

Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment and candidate sourcing.

- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals & references.

- Screen resumes and conduct initial telephonic interviews.

- Coordinate interviews with candidates and hiring managers.

- Maintain candidate database and recruitment MIS.

- Follow up with candidates until joining.

- Handle salary negotiation and joining formalities.

- Meet recruitment targets and ensure timely closures.

Requirements

- Graduate; MBA/PGDM in HR preferred. Not Pursuing.

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

- Robust sourcing, screening and follow-up skills.

- Knowledge of Naukri, LinkedIn & MS Excel.

- Immediate Joiners Preferred .
