Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and experienced HR / IT Recruiter with 1–3 years of experience in IT staffing and recruitment. The ideal candidate should have strong hands-on experience in C2H (Contract-to-Hire), C2C (Corp-to-Corp), and IT staffing and be capable of managing the complete recruitment lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for IT positions, from sourcing to onboarding.
- Source candidates through job portals, LinkedIn, employee referrals, databases, and other channels.
- Must have strong experience in C2H and C2C hiring models.
- Manage IT staffing requirements for various technical roles.
- Understand job requirements and identify suitable candidates based on technical skills and experience.
- Conduct initial candidate screening and coordinate technical interviews.
- Negotiate compensation, rates, and other employment terms with candidates.
- Maintain strong communication with candidates, clients, and internal hiring teams.
- Coordinate offer releases, joining formalities, and onboarding.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and recruitment trackers.




- Meet daily/weekly/monthly recruitment and closure targets.
- Build and maintain a strong candidate pipeline for current and future requirements.

Required Skills
- 1–3 years of experience in IT Recruitment / IT Staffing.
- Strong hands-on experience with C2H and C2C staffing.
- Good understanding of IT recruitment processes and technical job requirements.
- Experience sourcing candidates using LinkedIn, Naukri, job portals, and other recruitment platforms.
- Strong candidate screening and interviewing skills.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to work in a target-driven recruitment environment.
- Positive knowledge of various IT technologies, roles, and skill sets.
- Strong follow-up and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Skills
- Experience working with staffing companies or recruitment agencies.
- Knowledge of contract staffing and vendor management.
- Experience handling multiple IT requirements simultaneously.
- Strong networking and candidate relationship-building skills.

Education
- Any Bachelor's degree is preferred.
- MBA/PGDM in HR or a related field is an advantage.
