Job Responsibilities:

- Handle end-to-end recruitment for Non-IT & Blue-Collar positions.
- Source candidates through Naukri, LinkedIn, job portals, referrals, and social media.
- Screen candidates and conduct initial telephonic interviews.
- Schedule interviews and coordinate with candidates & hiring managers.
- Manage volume hiring and close positions within defined TAT.
- Maintain candidate database and daily recruitment reports.
- Follow up with selected candidates and ensure successful joining.

Requirements:

- 0–3 years of experience in Non-IT / Blue-Collar Recruitment.
- Positive communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong sourcing, screening, and follow-up skills.
- Target-oriented and comfortable with volume hiring.
- Freshers with a strong interest in recruitment can also apply.
