Role & responsibilities

Build and maintain strong customer relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and trust.

Address customer inquiries and issues promptly and professionally, offering effective solutions via chat process.

Qualifications & Experience:

Undergraduate, Graduate, or Postgraduate degree.

1-3 years of relevant experience.
