Kotak Mahindra Bank is hiring for the Merchant Acquiring Risk team.

Location: Goregaon, Mumbai

Grade: M2/M3

Key Responsibilities:

Review transactions processed through Merchant Terminals/Payment Gateways

Verify merchant documentation and onboarding records

Monitor merchant behaviour and identify potential fraud trends

Coordinate with stakeholders across business units

Follow up with internal teams for data and investigation requirements

Prepare MIS reports and risk-related dashboards

Ideal Candidate:

- Experience in Fraud Risk / Merchant Acquiring / Transaction Monitoring
- Understanding of Payment Gateway (PG) and Merchant Acquiring processes
- Solid analytical and stakeholder management skills




- Experience in fraud investigation and monitoring will be preferred
