Job Role

We are hiring Customer Service Associates (CSA Voice) for our international voice process.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle inbound and outbound international voice calls, effectively communicating with customers across diverse markets.
- Engage with existing and prospective customers to understand their needs and build strong relationships.
- Identify customer requirements and recommend suitable products and services based on their needs.
- Resolve customer queries and concerns related to products, services, and processes in a timely manner.
- Maintain high levels of customer satisfaction through skilled and solution-oriented communication.
- Support customer retention by addressing concerns effectively and delivering a positive customer experience.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records, call details, and interaction information.

Eligibility Criteria: Education: 10+2 (Mandatory), Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates,

BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (any stream)

Experience:



Minimum 1 yr to 3 yrs experience required Excellent English communication skills Immediate joiners preferred
