Key Responsibilities:

- Handle inbound/outbound international customer calls.
- Resolve customer queries and issues professionally.
- Maintain call quality and meet performance targets.
- Follow company processes, scripts, and compliance guidelines.
- Maintain accurate customer records.

Requirements:

- Excellent English communication skills.
- Good listening and problem-solving abilities.
- Willingness to work in rotational/night shifts.
