We are hiring Customer Service Associates for our international chat process

Key Responsibilities For Chat Process:

Handle Customer through written communication

Duel Chat Handling.

Understand customer requirements and provide suitable solutions

Resolve customer queries related to products and services

Ensure high customer satisfaction and Maintain accurate customer records

Eligibility Criteria

Education: 10+2 (Mandatory),

Diploma (3 years), Undergraduates, BE/B.Tech, or Graduates (any stream)

Experience: Minimum 0 to 2 yrs experience required

Excellent in Verbal and Written Communication

Immediate joiners preferred

Salary package up to 3 to 3.4 LPA
