The Muthoot Group is hiring for Branch Head profiles.

Job Role: - Branch Head

:-

- Achieving the allotted branch target.
- Acquiring new customers and addressing all product inquiries through branch walk-In, sales activities, marketing promotions, etc.
- Regular follow-up for interest collection and NPA reduction.
- Responsible for regular branch operations including KYC process, gold appraisal, solid room operations, gold packet preparation, closures and renewals.
- Cross-selling all products and increasing branch walk-ins.
- Ensuring error-free audit reports and proper compliance at the branch.
- Maintaining punctuality, discipline and a high level of morality in line with the ethics & values of the company.
- Cost control.
- Other duties as instructed by higher authority.

Eligibility criteria for Branch Head




- Candidates having minimum 5 years of work experience in Banking / NBFC / Financial Services in Sales or Marketing role at Managerial level
- Age between 30 to 45 years
- Candidates from Insurance background will be not be considered
- Minimum Education Qualification:- Graduation
