1 MRB / Design / LCE Engineer (ANSYS)
Experience: 1 to 6 Years

Required Experience
- Good knowledge of Aero/Gas Turbine Engines
- Working knowledge of Compressor, Turbine, and Combustor modules
- Stack-Up Analysis & Assembly Evaluation
- Design Hand Calculations
- Stress & Life Evaluations
- Experience handling Concession, MRB, or Field Issues
- Proficiency in UG NX, ANSYS APDL, HyperMesh, SIESTA, and Microsoft Tools

Experience: 1 to 6 Years

- Strength of Materials

- FE Analysis using ANSYS Classic
- Linear & Non-Linear Static Analysis

- Fatigue Analysis & Creep Assessment
Preferred Skills
- ANSYS APDL

Required Experience
- Understanding of Aero Engine Fundamentals and Operations
- Knowledge of GD&T; and NDT techniques relevant to MRO
- Experience in Metal Joining and Metal Removal Techniques
- Repair Development and Authoring Activities
- Preparation of:
- Repair Development (RD)
- Technical Variance (TV)
- Departure Record (DR)
- One-Time Concession (OTC)
- Familiarity with ESM, CIR, AMM, EIPC, CRM, and related manuals
