Hands-on experience with end-to-end W2 Recruitment – Mandatory

Strong screening and shortlisting skills Individual Contributor from Day One

Strong sourcing skills using Dice, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other channels

Experience recruiting US Citizens, Green Card Holders, GC-EAD, H4-EAD, and TN candidates

Ability to work in a target-driven workplace

Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management skills

Experience handling direct client and VMS requirements
