WHO CAN APPLY?

Qualification: Graduate

Experience: Minimum 6 months preferred in Customer Service / Logistics

Fresh graduates with excellent communication skills are also encouraged to apply!

YOUR ROLE

As a Customer Delight Executives , you will be the face of BVC Logisticsbuilding meaningful customer relationships, understanding concerns, and ensuring every customer receives a smooth and positive experience.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Handle customer queries, complaints, and grievances through calls, emails, and meetings

Manage inbound calls and respond to customer service requests

Understand customer concerns and provide timely resolutions





Coordinate with internal teams to resolve customer issues efficiently

Follow up with customers regarding payments and pending requirements

Handle service-related and technical concerns

Take ownership of customer issues until closure

Maintain solid and professional relationships with customers and business partners

Ensure a consistently high level of customer satisfaction
