Job Summary

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for our Voice, Chat & Blended Process in Lucknow.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through Voice and Chat channels
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve customer concerns
- Maintain skilled communication with customers
- Meet process and quality standards

Eligibility

- Minimum 12th Pass
- Excellent communication skills in English is mandatory
- Good interpersonal and customer-handling skills
- Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Shift Details

- Working Days: 6 days a week
- Weekly Off: Rotational Off
- Male Candidates: Rotational Shifts
- Female Candidates: Shifts up to 10:00 PM
- Night Allowance: 1,500 as applicable

Compensation

- Up to 15,000 In-Hand Salary
- 1,500 Night Allowance
- Additional benefits as per company policy
