Role Overview:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated CCTV Technician to join our team in Ahmedabad and Gandhinagar. The ideal candidate will be responsible for the physical installation, wiring, testing, and maintenance of CCTV cameras and related security systems across client locations.

We are currently hiring for two distinct levels.

ROLE 1: JUNIOR TECHNICIAN (18,000 - 25,000 + Bonus)

Targeted at aggressive learners with 1 to 3 years of experience who want to become network experts.

Core Responsibilities:

- Install, configure, and maintain IP CCTV cameras.
- Lay cables (Cat6), route wiring cleanly, and install trunking/conduits.
- Set up, configure, and troubleshoot NVRs & routers.
- Resolve AMC service tickets strictly within a turnaround time.
- Execute advanced fault-finding for CCTV Camera.
- Install and configure standalone Biometrics and EM Locks (With the help of Senior Technician).

Minimum Requirements (Junior):

- Flawless understanding of IP Addresses & Subnets.
- Ability to handle small to mid-sized projects independently.

(Freshers with relevant ITI/Diploma training are welcome) ROLE 2: SENIOR TECHNICIAN / PROJECT MANAGER (28,000 - 50,000+ + Bonus)

Targeted at veteran System Integrators (4 to 8+ years) who can command field teams, design networks,



and manage massive corporate projects with zero wastage.

Core Responsibilities:

- Field Command: Simultaneously manage 3+ Junior Techs and Wiremen across multiple sites, enforcing absolute zero material wastage. Provide technical support to Jr. Techs & clients in office.
- Enterprise Networking: Log into Managed Switches and isolate dedicated CCTV VLANs. Configure Enterprise Firewalls.
- VMS & Automation: Install server-based Video Management Systems and integrate UHF/RFID tags for Boom Barriers.
- Pre-Sales & Architecture: Conduct large corporate surveys, calculate flawless Bill of Materials (BOMs), and draw network topology diagrams.

Minimum Requirements (Senior):

- You must ALREADY be a master of IP Networking and PtP Wireless Bridges, Fiber Splicing, Access Control logic, and Advanced Troubleshooting. (If you cannot execute a mid-sized project completely independently, apply for the Junior role).
