Designation : Lead Generation Executive Real Estate

Experience: 1-3 years

Salary: 20,000 30,000 per month

Preference: Candidates from Real Estate background.

We are looking for an experienced and target-driven Real Estate Telecaller to handle inbound and outbound calls, generate quality leads, and support the sales team by scheduling site visits and follow-ups.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to prospective clients for real estate projects
- Handle inbound calls and property-related inquiries
- Explain project details, pricing, location benefits, and current offers
- Generate, qualify, and nurture real estate leads
- Schedule site visits and coordinate with sales team
- Regular follow-ups with interested clients
- Maintain accurate call logs, lead status, and CRM updates
- Achieve daily calling and lead conversion targets.

Preferred candidate profile Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate with relevant experience
- 13 years of telecalling experience in Real Estate (preferred)
- Good communication skills.
- Valuable convincing and negotiation skills
- Comfortable working with targets and follow-ups
- Basic computer knowledge (Excel, Word)
