Location: Navi Mumbai

Experience: 0-6 Years

Qualification: Any Graduate / Post Graduate

Roles & Responsibilities

- Connect with prospective customers and understand their business requirements.
- Explain IndiaFilings' products and services, including Company Registration, GST, Trademark, Accounting, and Compliance solutions.
- Convert inbound and outbound leads into customers.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients.




- Guide customers through the onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience.
- Follow up with leads and maintain regular communication.
- Update customer interactions and sales activities in CRM.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure timely service delivery.
- Achieve individual and team performance goals.

Required Skills Excellent Communication Skills (English & Hindi preferred)
