Job Title: Associate- US Accounting Fresher | Night Shift | Bangalore

Job Summary

We are looking for motivated and detail-oriented Accounting Freshers to join our Finance & Accounting team. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of accounting principles, good communication skills, and a willingness to work in a night shift supporting international/US business operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle day-to-day accounting and finance-related activities.
- Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, invoicing, and reconciliations.
- Verify and maintain financial records and supporting documents.
- Perform data entry and ensure accuracy of accounting information.
- Assist with preparing reports and maintaining financial records.
- Follow up on pending invoices and resolve basic discrepancies.
- Support the team with month-end and other accounting activities.
- Ensure all tasks are completed accurately within the required timelines.
- Maintain confidentiality of financial and company information.

Required Skills :

- Bachelor's degree in B.Com, M.Com, BBM, BBA Finance, or a related field.




- Freshers with good academic knowledge of accounting are encouraged to apply.
- Basic knowledge of Debit/Credit, Journal Entries, Ledger, Bank Reconciliation, AP/AR.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel.
- Strong attention to detail and numerical ability.
- Willingness to work in a night/US shift.
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team.

Preferred :

- Knowledge of QuickBooks, Zoho Books, SAP, Oracle, or any accounting software is an added advantage.
- Candidates with internship or academic project experience in accounting/finance are preferred.
