Position 1: AR (Accounts Receivable) Executive Fresher / L1

Designation: AR Caller / AR Executive L1 (Trainee/Fresher)

Department: Revenue Cycle Management (RCM)

Location: Ahmedabad

Shift: Noon Shift / Night Shift (1:30 PM / 2:30 PM / 5:30 PM)

Experience: 0–1 Year (Freshers welcome)

Qualification: Any Graduate (Life Sciences, Commerce, or Paramedical background preferred)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Accounts Receivable (AR) team in Healthcare RCM. This is an entry-level (L1) position ideal for candidates looking to build a career in US Healthcare / Medical Billing. Selected candidates will undergo structured training on US healthcare billing, insurance processes, and AR calling before being deployed on live processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Make outbound calls to US insurance companies to follow up on outstanding claims
- Analyze unpaid/denied claims and determine appropriate action for resolution
- Review claim status, verify eligibility, and update systems (EHR/Billing software) accurately
- Identify reasons for claim denials/rejections and take corrective action
- Escalate unresolved or complex claims to seniors/team leads
- Maintain daily call/production trackers and meet assigned targets
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and client-specific SOPs
- Achieve daily/weekly/monthly quality and productivity benchmarks

Required Skills

- Good verbal communication skills (US accent neutralization will be trained)
- Basic understanding of US healthcare (will be trained if not known)
- Willingness to work in noon/night shifts (US time zone)
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, typing speed 25+ WPM preferred)

- Ability to work under targets and in a fast-paced environment

Preferred (Good to Have, Not Mandatory)

- Knowledge of medical billing terminology (CPT, ICD-10, HCPCS)
- Prior internship/certification in Medical Billing/Coding
- Familiarity with denial management concepts

Position 2: Authorization & Credentialing Executive – Fresher / L1 Designation: Authorization & Credentialing Executive – L1 (Trainee/Fresher)

Shift: Noon Shift / Night Shift (1:30 PM / 2:30 PM / 5:30 PM)

About the Role

We are looking for enthusiastic freshers to join our Authorization & Credentialing team in Healthcare RCM. This entry-level (L1) role is ideal for candidates aiming to build a career in US Healthcare / Provider Enrollment & Prior Authorization processes. Selected candidates will undergo structured training on payer authorization requirements, provider credentialing, and enrollment workflows before being deployed on live processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Initiate and follow up on prior authorization requests with US insurance companies for procedures/services




- Verify authorization requirements, coverage details, and effective dates with payers
- Coordinate with providers' offices to gather documentation needed for authorization/credentialing
- Complete and submit provider credentialing/re-credentialing applications with insurance payers
- Track application status and follow up with payers to ensure timely approvals
- Maintain accurate records of authorizations, credentialing status, and expiry/renewal timelines in the system
- Escalate delayed or denied authorizations/credentialing applications to seniors/team leads
- Ensure compliance with HIPAA guidelines and client-specific SOPs
- Meet daily/weekly/monthly quality and productivity benchmarks

Required Skills
