Position Title: Associate/Sr.Associate

Business Function: Operations Transformation

Department: Reconciliations teams responsible for reconciling Cash, Trade and Positions between Internal data, (Accounting) and External data (Custodian/Banks) across all asset classes offered by the Bank, primarily Equities, Bonds, Mutual Funds and Derivatives.

Responsibilities:

- Ensure quality and time-efficient production of reconciliations across all asset classes.
- Ensure all process tasks are completed accurately and within defined timelines.
- Respond to data queries and provide timely support to stakeholders.
- Ensure self and team escalate critical issues to the Department Head/Lead, thereby ensuring seamless process flow.
- Provide ideas to remove complexity and increase productivity through process improvement and Lean methodologies.
- Contribute actively to documenting procedures and work instructions.
- Engage positively with stakeholders and maintain a high level of service.
- Ensure data integrity and strict adherence to SLAs.
- Own, coordinate, and delegate work as required.
- Work across functions to identify root causes of breaks and contribute to effective resolutions.
- Adopt an AI-First problem-solving mindset, leveraging automation, AI-enabled tools, and data-driven solutions to enhance process efficiency, productivity, accuracy, and decision-making.




- Identify opportunities for process optimization, automation, and digital transformation within wealth management and financial services operations.
- Use AI and productivity tools such as Microsoft Copilot, ChatGPT, and other AI-enabled analytical platforms to improve operational efficiency and support informed decision-making.

Must Have

- Experience in Investment Banking.
- Knowledge of various market asset classes.
- Knowledge of the end-to-end reconciliation process.
- Knowledge of using Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.

Positive to Have

- Intellimatch system experience.

Key Skills & Competencies

- Certification or training in Artificial Intelligence (AI), Generative AI, Data Analytics, or related technologies will be an added advantage.
- Strong communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with internal stakeholders, clients, and cross-functional teams.
