Job Summary

- We are looking for a detail-oriented and responsible Back Office Executive to support our Mutual Fund Operations team. The candidate will be responsible for handling client transactions, maintaining records, coordinating with AMCs/RTA platforms, and ensuring smooth day-to-day back-office operations.

Key Responsibilities

- Process and monitor mutual fund transactions such as SIP, Purchase, Redemption, Switch, STP and SWP.
- Handle client KYC, FATCA, bank details, nominee and other documentation.
- Coordinate with AMCs, CAMS, KFintech, BSE/MFU and other platforms for transaction-related queries.
- Verify transaction details and ensure accurate data entry in internal systems/CRM.
- Maintain and update client records, portfolios and transaction reports.
- Track rejected/pending transactions and coordinate for timely resolution.
- Prepare daily/weekly/monthly MIS and operational reports.
- Assist in resolving client queries related to transactions, statements, SIPs and account-related matters.
- Maintain proper documentation and ensure data accuracy and confidentiality.




- Coordinate with the Relationship Manager/Advisor and other internal teams.
- Follow company processes, compliance requirements and operational guidelines.
- Perform other back-office and administrative tasks as assigned.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- 02 years of experience in mutual fund/financial services operations preferred.
- Basic understanding of Mutual Funds, SIP, SWP, NAV, KYC and transactions.
- Good knowledge of MS Excel, MS Word and email communication.
- Good communication and coordination skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
- Willingness to learn financial products and operational processes.

Preferred Candidate

- Experience in Mutual Fund Distributor / Wealth Management / Financial Services industry will be an advantage.
- Knowledge of BSE Star MF, MFU, CAMS, KFintech or similar platforms will be preferred.
- Freshers with good communication skills and a willingness to learn may also apply.
