Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Waitstaff role based at AMWORLD FOODCOURT in Sonkatch. The team member will welcome guests, guide them through the menu, take orders accurately, and serve food and beverages in a timely and professional manner. Daily tasks include coordinating with kitchen staff, ensuring tables and dining areas are clean and well-presented, and using AMPay or other in-house systems to manage orders and payments.





The role also involves responding to guest requests, handling basic question's about menu items and specials, and ensuring a smooth ,pleasant dining experience from arrival to departure. The waitstaff member is expected to follow food safety and hygiene standards, work effectively in a fast-paced environment, and support colleagues during peak hours.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Customer Service and Communication skills, with a friendly and professional approach to guest interaction.
- Candidates should possess experience or knowledge in Food & Beverage and Food Service operations, including serving, order handling, and basic menu understanding.
- Candidates should possess basic Cooking or food preparation awareness to communicate effectively with the kitchen and understand dish components.
- Relevant skills such as teamwork, time management, attention to detail, and the ability to stand and move for extended periods are beneficial.
- Prior experience in a restaurant, café, or hospitality setting is preferred; familiarity with digital ordering or POS systems is an advantage.
