VP - AML KYC

We are seeking an experienced VP - AML KYC to join our team in Gurugram. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading the AML/KYC function and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

- Lead the AML/KYC function and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements

- Develop and implement AML/KYC policies and procedures

- Conduct risk assessments and identify areas for improvement

- Manage a team of AML/KYC professionals and provide guidance and support

- Collaborate with other departments to ensure effective implementation of AML/KYC policies

- Conduct AML investigations and take corrective action as necessary

- Stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and ensure the organization is compliant

- Develop and maintain relationships with regulatory bodies and industry associations

Requirements

- 13-20 years of experience in AML/KYC, regulatory compliance,



or a related field

- Proven experience in team management and leadership

- Strong knowledge of AML/KYC regulations and compliance requirements

- Experience in fraud management, transaction monitoring, and customer due diligence

- Ability to analyze complex data and identify areas for improvement

- Robust communication and interpersonal skills

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively

- Experience with sanctions screening and enhanced due diligence
