Role Description This is a full time, on-site Volunteer role based in Patna. The Volunteer will support day-to-day logistics operations, including assisting with parcel handling, sorting, and basic documentation under the guidance of on-site supervisors.

Responsibilities may include helping with shipment tracking updates, coordinating with team members to ensure timely dispatches, and guiding customers or delivery partners with easy queries at the hub or facility.



The role involves maintaining organized workspaces, adhering to safety and process standards, and contributing to smooth operational flow during busy periods. The Volunteer will collaborate closely with operations, customer support, and warehouse teams to help maintain efficiency and high service quality.

Qualifications

- Operational support skills, including basic documentation handling, parcel sorting, and attention to detail.
- Customer interaction skills, such as clear communication, polite service, and the ability to assist with simple queries.
- Teamwork and collaboration abilities, including reliability, willingness to learn, and readiness to support different tasks as needed.
- Time management and organizational skills to work efficiently in a fast-paced logistics environment.
- Basic computer literacy for using tracking systems or mobile applications, as required.
- Ability to work on-site in Patna for full-time shifts, including standing and light physical activity.
- Prior exposure to logistics, warehouse operations, or customer service is beneficial but not mandatory.
- Minimum high school education or equivalent; strong commitment to punctuality, integrity, and safety standards.
