Responsibilities Design, develop, and maintain interactive dashboards and visual analytics solutions

Translate complex business requirements into explicit, actionable data visualizations

Define and implement KPIs, metrics, and reporting frameworks aligned with business goals

Work closely with business stakeholders to understand reporting and insight needs

Build and optimize data models to support performance-efficient dashboards

Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and visualization best practices

Develop executive-level dashboards for leadership decision-making

Analyze data trends, patterns, and anomalies to provide actionable insights

Collaborate with data engineers and analytics teams to ensure reliable data pipelines

Optimize dashboard performance and usability

Support UAT, go-live, and post-production enhancements

Act as a visualization subject-matter expert and mentor junior analysts

Drive continuous improvement in data storytelling and visualization standards Requirements Minimum 3+ years of experience in Data Visualization or BI roles





Strong hands-on expertise with Power BI, Tableau, Looker, or similar tools

Advanced SQL skills and solid understanding of data modeling concepts

Proven experience building enterprise-scale dashboards and reports

Ability to convert raw data into meaningful business insights

Strong analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills

Experience working in Agile / Scrum delivery environments

Prior experience in Retail, E-commerce, or Consumer domain is a strong advantage Education Qualification Minimum 3+ years of experience in Data Visualization or BI roles
