About the Role
Cygnus Advertising is looking for a creative and experienced Visualizer with strong skills in both Graphic Design and Video Editing .
The candidate will be responsible for creating engaging visual content for social media, advertising campaigns, digital platforms, branding, and other client communication requirements.
The ideal candidate should be creative, detail-oriented, and capable of handling projects independently from concept to final output.
Key Responsibilities
- Create designs for social media, digital campaigns, advertisements, brochures, presentations, banners, and other marketing materials.
- Develop creative concepts and visual layouts based on client requirements.
- Edit videos, reels, promotional videos, and other digital content.
- Create engaging short-form video content for social media platforms.
- Work with the creative, content, PR, and client servicing teams.
- Make design and video revisions based on feedback.
- Ensure all creative work is completed within deadlines and meets quality standards.
- Stay updated with current design, video, social media, and AI-based creative trends.
Required Skills
Mandatory:
- Adobe Photoshop – Advanced
- Adobe Illustrator – Advanced
- Adobe Premiere Pro – Good working knowledge
- Adobe After Effects – Added advantage
- Adobe InDesign – Advanced
- Motion Graphics
- Strong knowledge of typography, layout, composition,
and visual communication
- Positive understanding of video editing, transitions, sound, captions, and basic motion graphics
- Knowledge of social media formats and content trends
Additional Advantage:
- Figma
- AI-based design and video tools
Candidate Profile
- Minimum 3 years of relevant professional experience in Graphic Design and Video Editing.
- Degree/Diploma from a recognized Art College Background
- Advertising agency or creative agency experience will be preferred.
- Strong creative thinking and visual sense.
- Good communication and time-management skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects and work within deadlines.
- Comfortable working independently as well as with a team.
- Willing to work on-site at the Kharagpur location.
Portfolio Requirement A portfolio is mandatory . Candidates should submit relevant samples of both Graphic Design and Video Editing work along with their CV. Applications without a relevant portfolio may not be considered.
