Requirements:

● Must have efficient knowledge regarding various design software such as Adobe creative suite.

● Proven experience of 1 to 2 years as a Visualizer/Graphic Designer or in a similar role, preferably in a design agency or creative studio environment.

● Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to translate complex ideas into visually impactful designs.

● A comprehensive portfolio/creative showcase of work could be an added advantage.

● Ability to work independently as well as in a collaborative team environment, thriving in a fast-paced and deadline-driven setting.

● Passion for design, a keen eye for detail, and a drive to stay updated with industry trends and emerging technologies.

● Collaborate closely with the Art Director and cross-functional teams to develop creative concepts, visual designs, and cutting-edge solutions that align with client objectives and brand guidelines.

● Lead and mentor junior designers, providing guidance, constructive feedback, and support to foster their professional growth and maximize their creative potential.

● Conceptualize and execute compelling design assets across various mediums, including print, digital, social media, packaging, and experiential design.

● Stay up to date with design trends, emerging technologies, and industry best practices, and apply this knowledge to push the boundaries of design and deliver cutting-edge solutions.

● Ensure design consistency and quality across all projects, maintaining brand integrity and adhering to established design standards.

● Collaborate with clients, project managers, and other stakeholders to understand project requirements, present design concepts, and incorporate feedback to achieve the desired outcomes.

● Manage multiple projects simultaneously, effectively prioritizing tasks, meeting deadlines, and adapting to changing project requirements.

● Continuously refine and enhance design processes and workflows to optimize efficiency and elevate the overall quality of design deliverables.

● Contribute to brainstorming sessions and actively participate in the generation of new ideas and creative strategies.

● Stay informed about the competitive landscape and industry trends, conducting research and analysis to identify opportunities for innovation and differentiation.
