Job Summary

This is a full-time, in office role in Bangalore for a Visual Designer who will be responsible for developing and executing creative visual concepts across digital and print platforms, with a significant focus on motion graphics. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure brand consistency and create engaging visual experiences.

Responsibilities

- Visual Design Branding: Develop and execute creative visual concepts for digital and print materials, ensuring brand consistency across all touchpoints.

- Design website interfaces, mobile app interfaces, marketing collateral, social media graphics, presentations, and other visual assets.

- Motion Graphics: Design and animate compelling motion graphics for various purposes, including website elements, social media content, explainer videos, and internal communications.

- Effectively communicate design ideas and rationale to stakeholders, incorporating feedback and iterating on designs.

- Work closely with product managers, marketing, and engineering teams to ensure alignment on design goals and execution.

- Design Tools Proficiency: Demonstrate mastery of Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Staying Updated: Keep abreast of the latest design trends, tools, and technologies,



and proactively suggest improvements to design processes and deliverables.

- Ensure all designs adhere to established brand guidelines and contribute to the evolution of the brand identity.

Qualifications

- Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.

- Experience:

- Minimum of 4 years of professional experience as a Visual Designer.

- Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of visual design skills, including branding.

- Proven experience in creating and implementing motion graphics using software like Adobe After Effects or similar.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, After Effects, Premiere Pro).

- Strong understanding of web and mobile design principles and best practices.

- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment.

- Strong attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality work.

- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
