Job Summary

ICFM is looking for a creative and performance-driven Visual Content Creator & Strategist who can transform financial market concepts into engaging visual content across YouTube, Instagram, LinkedIn, and other digital platforms.

The ideal candidate should have strong expertise in video editing, motion graphics, short-form content, and AI-powered content creation, along with a good understanding of content performance and audience engagement.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan and manage the daily visual content calendar across social media platforms.
- Create Reels, YouTube Shorts, long-form videos, and other visual content.
- Convert complex financial concepts into simple, engaging, and visually appealing content.
- Produce 5–8 short-form videos per week and 10–12 long-form videos per month.
- Create motion graphics, animations, transitions, captions, and visual effects.
- Repurpose webinars, masterclasses, and faculty sessions into short-form content.
- Use AI tools such as Runway, InVideo AI, CapCut, Synthesia, HeyGen, or similar tools to improve content production.
- Track content performance, including watch time, retention, engagement, and conversions.
- Experiment with hooks, thumbnails, formats, and content styles to improve performance.
- Collaborate with the Marketing Team, Faculty, Founder, and on-screen talent to develop impactful content.





Requirements & Skills
- 2–4 years of experience in content creation, video production, or motion graphics.
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, or DaVinci Resolve.
- Positive knowledge of Motion Graphics and Animation.
- Experience with Canva, Figma, or Adobe Creative Suite.
- Hands-on experience with AI-based content creation tools.
- Strong portfolio demonstrating engaging Reels/Shorts and social media content.
- Experience in FinTech, EdTech, or Financial Services will be preferred.
- Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and operate effectively in a fast-paced remote environment.

Performance Expectations

- 5–8 short-form videos per week.
- 10–12 long-form videos per month.
- Consistent adherence to the content calendar.
- Focus on audience growth, engagement, and qualified lead generation through content.
- Effective use of AI tools to improve content production efficiency.
