We are hiring for Visual & Content Creation Executive at Pawan Sachdevaa

Role Description:

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Delhi NCR, responsible for creating visually engaging content across collections, campaigns, runway shows, atelier processes and brand stories. The role combines video editing, visual storytelling, content creation and creative execution, working closely with the Design, PR, retail and social media team.

Key Responsibilities & Requirements:

Manage the end-to-end creative workflow, from concept, shoot and footage selection to editing and final delivery.

1. Strong proficiency in video editing; knowledge of Lightroom, Photoshop or similar tools is an advantage.
2. Strong understanding of visual storytelling, composition, pacing, transitions, colour, sound and music.
3. Create content across short-form and long-form formats, adapted for different digital platforms.
4.



Develop visually cohesive content that aligns with the brand's aesthetic, identity and creative direction.
5. Organise and manage visual assets and footage for efficient content production.
6. Ability to manage multiple projects, work independently and adapt to a fast-paced creative environment.
7. Managing our social media accounts and day-to-day activities
8. Planning and maintaining the content calendar
9. Creating and coordinating engaging content, including Reels and Stories
10. A solid portfolio demonstrating fashion, luxury, lifestyle or editorial visual content is preferred.
