Role Description The Visiting Faculty role is a remote position focused on delivering engaging, practice-oriented technology education to diverse learner groups. Day-to-day responsibilities include designing and updating course content, preparing instructional materials, and conducting live online classes, workshops, and mentoring sessions. The role involves assessing learner progress, providing constructive feedback, and supporting learners through doubt-clearing and project guidance.

Visiting

Faculty members collaborate with internal academic and content teams to align curricula with industry requirements and contribute to continuous improvement of learning outcomes. Scheduling is typically flexible and session-based, with commitments defined in advance according to program needs.

Qualifications

- 10+ years of related teaching experience
- Ph.D is Mandatory

- Candidates should possess solid subject-matter expertise in one or more technology domains (e.g., software development, data science, AI/ML, cloud computing, or related fields).
- Candidates should possess skills in curriculum design,



lesson planning, and creating structured learning paths tailored to different proficiency levels.
- Candidates should possess skills in online teaching, learner engagement, and using digital tools or learning management systems for remote instruction.
- Candidates should possess skills in assessing learner performance, providing feedback, and guiding project-based or practical assignments.
- Candidates should possess clear communication skills, with the ability to teach in English and preferably one or more Indian languages.
- Relevant academic qualifications such as a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related discipline are preferred.
- Prior teaching, corporate training, or mentoring experience in technology education is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, demonstrate cultural sensitivity, and support a diverse, inclusive learner community.
