Role Description The Visiting Professor will deliver engaging, practice-oriented lectures and seminars on entrepreneurship and related subjects to undergraduate and postgraduate learners.

Responsibilities include designing and updating course materials, case studies, and assessments that reflect current entrepreneurial practice and ecosystem trends, as well as mentoring students on projects, startups, and experiential learning activities. The role also involves collaborating with the academic team to enhance the curriculum, participating in guest talks, workshops, and industry interaction sessions,



and contributing to thought leadership through research or applied projects. This is a part time, on-site role based in Mumbai, requiring regular presence on campus in alignment with the academic schedule.

Qualifications

- Strong expertise in entrepreneurship, start-up development, and innovation management, with the ability to translate real-world experience into classroom learning.
- Demonstrated skills in curriculum design, teaching, and student mentoring, including experience with project-based and experiential learning methods.
- Excellent communication, presentation, and facilitation skills, with the capacity to engage diverse learners and encourage critical, independent thinking.
- Proven ability to collaborate with academic and industry stakeholders, contribute to institutional initiatives, and support ecosystem-building activities.
- Master’s or doctoral degree in Business, Entrepreneurship, Management, or a related discipline; significant industry or entrepreneurial experience is highly desirable.
- Experience in research, publication, or thought leadership in entrepreneurship or allied fields is an advantage.
- Commitment to inclusive, learner-centric teaching and to fostering an entrepreneurial mindset that supports self-employment and social impact.
