We are looking for an experienced Visa Executive to join our team at Convenience Travels. The ideal candidate must have hands-on experience in visa processing within a travel and tour agency, along with knowledge of flight booking and passport services. Solid communication skills are required to handle client queries effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

- End-to-end processing of tourist and business visas for various countries.

- Assisting clients with required documentation, form filling, and appointment scheduling.

- Handling passport-related queries and applications.

- Managing flight bookings, ticketing, and itineraries as needed.

- Communicating effectively with clients to provide guidance on visa rules, entry requirements, and updates.





Requirements / Qualifications:

- Prior experience as a Visa Executive in a travel agency/tour company (Required).

- Strong understanding of visa requirements, documentation, and passport processes.

- Basic knowledge of flight ticketing/GDS platforms.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Good customer service attitude and problem-solving skills.

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹15,000.00 per month
